01 ABOUT
Chronically Simple Healthcare Solution is a web and mobile app designed to help those living with a chronic illness or disability. It works by tracking all user needs from medication, expenses, appointments, etc., and then allowing the user to create unique connections between the information so that they can easily access it when needed most.
02 ROLE
I was brought on as a freelance designer and consultant for the Chronically Simple Project to help develop the concept and bring the initial product to market. I ran design thinking workshops with the core Chronically Simple team to distill the end user needs from their concept. From there, I hand sketched and then wireframed an initial product. Upon approval, I developed high fidelity screens and an invision prototype that were used to help secure the necessary seed investment to get the product to market. During development, I supported the development team in implementation of the design, and modified specifications as required.
